CBQ59電動(dòng)機(jī)變頻調(diào)速箱可通過改變其輸出頻率來調(diào)節(jié)普通三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速,達(dá)到生產(chǎn)工藝的要求
或?qū)崿F(xiàn)節(jié)電的目的,節(jié)電率可達(dá)30%-60%,也可作為電動(dòng)機(jī)軟件起控制器,也可通過傳感器,變送器等控制電路組成
閉環(huán)調(diào)速系統(tǒng).安裝操作簡(jiǎn)單,起動(dòng)平衡無沖擊電流(軟起動(dòng)),電源容量大大降低,功率因數(shù)恒定,同時(shí)具備故障顯示
等各種功能.
1、過電流保護(hù)、短路保護(hù),過電壓保護(hù)、欠電壓保護(hù),瞬時(shí)停電保護(hù)和斷斷相保護(hù).
2、可數(shù)字顯示頻率,轉(zhuǎn)速以及負(fù)載率或電流等.

交流接觸器、工頻變頻轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)及起動(dòng)、停止按鈕等.可根據(jù)不同用戶的工藝要求設(shè)計(jì),選擇器件及配制各種

CBQ59 govemor is mainly used to adjust the speed of 3-phase asynchroneous motor by converting
output frequency,so as to meet with production requirements or save electrical energy up to30%-60%
Also it can be used as soft starting controller of motor,furthermore it can be combined with sensor,
sransforming device.Etc,to form speed adjusting system of closed loop.Features;ease to install and
operate,start in balance without shock current(soft starting),decrease suppliced power,constant 
power factor,fault indication.
The main components of governor is chip mircroprocessor,with following protections and
performances;
1 Protection of over current,short-circuit,over voltage,under voltage,instantaneous de-
energization and phase-failure.
