化學(xué)性質(zhì)：白色結(jié)晶性粉末，味甜，甜度約為蔗糖的200倍。其甜味與蔗糖等甜味劑不同，入口后要略過(guò)片刻才有甜味感，但留存時(shí)間長(zhǎng)。少量甘草苷與蔗糖并用可少用20%蔗糖而甜度不變。雖無(wú)香氣，但有增香效能。熔點(diǎn)(分解)220℃。水溶液呈弱酸性，可由酸的作用
